From a strictly theoretical sense I would say no...narcissism is blind to sexual orientation. The first Arod picture could be chalked up to the photographer trying to capture some sort of artistic duality. The second one, with the way he's exposing his midriff combined with the bent knee, is a bit questionable. ;-)
