My most important team.. 10 team H2H pts WHIR!!

Let me know what you think, this is a crazy league....this was the 1st team I drafted this year, and the most important ironically, and I made mistakes that's for sure.......Do you think I need to trade one of my pitchers for a bat??? I have a feeling I am going to have to make a trade or 2 to make my team a real contender, so who should I go after and what should I be willing to give up? I really can't tell which is more important using this point system, bats or arms.....any help would be much appreciated (trade advice, sub advice, this point system advice, or any advice for that matter) and I will rate your team and give my thoughts as I have done about 20 drafts since this one and know a lot more now than I did when I drafted this team. I already have someone say that I should try and trade dice-k because he is "overrated", does anyone second this? If you just want to rate this team, please by all means do, that would help me!

I would think about trading one of your top starters for a stud outfielder. With -0.5 on k's its not terrible to have Dunn but not a good thing either. I know if it was my team I wouldn't feel great with a Dunn, Granderson, Bradley outfield. Bradley is an injury waiting to happen. Your pitching is your greatest strength so trade one of your aces to help that OF. If someone would bite on Dice K do that, but you may have to give up one of your big 3.
