It's a standard yahoo 14 team H2H keeper league (first year). He needs offense, I'd offer crawford+ but he don't need SB. Should I offer Kemp? Anyone have any ideas?

well, most likeley he had the picks at the turn and build his strategy around ahveing those two pitchers.. so splitting them up will probably be very hard to do.. other than that, you don't want to give up kemp for a pitcher. the potential for a serious breakout is way too high...
i'd say if you want to help your team the first thing you can do is GET RID OF RICKIE WEEKS!! that dude is a fantasy cancer.. i had him last year.. because not only is he terrible but he'll show just enough brilliance to make you want to start him.. you'll see him hit a HR and steal a base in one game, and force you to put him in your lineup and the for the next two weeks he'll keep you interested with a double here, a steal there.. next thing you know you look at the past couple weeks and notice that one player has singlehandly destroyed you avg. or OPS (whatever you use).... get him off your team.. let him destroy some other lineup..

He has said he is willing to trade Johan, that's the only reason I'm making an offer. Believe me I fully understand Weeks' canceresque qualities. I just happen to like extremely high risk players who are still young and have the potential for a breakout season. keep in mind he has played with a bum wrist for much of his young career. At this point in weeks' career, he has more homers, walks, runs and stolen bases than Brian Roberts had at age 26 with the same amount of ABs.
Anyways, back to Johan, I offered Kemp and Aviles for Johan. should I cancel it?

I have johan on my team and If I was in your league, you would have to offer me fielder to get him, and I would have to think hard about that. OR something like kemp and a decent starter
help w mine please:
