so he had to leave team USA too with a super sore ankle... i guess he could barely walk through the clubhouse after the game last night... having an MRI tomorrow....

I'm not happy about this, although thankfully it happened now and not during the season. He can sit out a few games and come back to the Sox next week sometime. He did very well in the WBC though, and from what I can see the US team needs another 1B pronto!! Adam Dunn just isn't going to cut it there I'm afraid.
