I have actually spent most of the last month at the top of the standings. About a week ago my team completely stopped hitting (seriously, I've lost about 13 points - .280 to .267 - in average) and it has cost me... RUmp has been pretty solid as well. Hort is a turncoat, so who cares about him? And Mugrila... Well, he has time to turn it around.
This turncoat has quietly scraped and clawed from 14th up to 8th and still climbing. Bats are coming around, and now that I'm benching Kazmir and Lester, my ratios should be studly as well.
But yeah, BP spent the vast majority of the early part of the season, up until the past few days, in first place.

So, Aussie, AD, kaveman, and Yanks, have we all agreed never to mention the Evans league ever again after the season ends? I'm not sure if the free stat tracker for all leagues negates the train wreck-like nature of the actual league.
Agreed. What an awful scoring system.
And Evans claims to have been playing this for 15 years? Ugh!
Plus, I just had 4 injuries in 2 days to my pitching staff, and that's the only thing that matters in the league.
Yeah, it is pretty monotonous. I'm 5-2 but would be 7-0 if I matched innings in the losses. I couldn't believe I was able to stream enough guys to get over 100 last week and still get beat by like 15 innings.

I seriously underestimated SP, but I'm glad Evans has had greater struggles in going SP-light, opting to gloat about Nelson Cruz.
He's been blasted quite deep into oblivion. Too bad I won't play him for like 3 months, he could have as many wins as I do now by then.
I'm on the fence about whether or not to actually use all 9 starters I have going this weekend or just bench 5 of them to prevent a complete innings blowout on Hank's team because the matchup is in the bag anyway.
