Weiters or Price

I have Price on my roster from last year. If he starts this season in the minors I can protect him BUT I can't pick up another minor leaguer.We are only allowed one .We can keep players up to four years. Price will be in his second year. I would love to grab Weiters but the only way I can is either drop Price or if he makes the opening day roster.There is also a chance somebody takes Weiters ahead of me. I was thinking of taking him in the third round.My keepers now.
M. Cabrera, Wright , Bay, Bruce, Tulo,Shields. Price, Soria,Verlander. Our frozen rosters are in.IF I drop Price I can pick up a player I dropped just before the draft. I dropped Scherzer, Joe Saunders, Tracvis Snider and Carlos Pena.Thoughts?

It's a preference thing to me....

I think Weiters makes a bigger splash this year.... but I am sure this a favouring hitters over pitchers. I had to give up Price and hated doing it. I might hang on to Price and hope Weiters falls to you.

Its really not a matter of if Weiters falls to me. Its if both start in the minors.If either of them start with the big club it won't matter.I could keep Price and grab Weiters early.kind of a surprise pick.
