what position to draft next please? SP/2B or another?

head to head, i have pujols, manny, holliday, alex rios, granderson, oswalt, and ervin santana so far. i just picked in 7th round. my next pick is in 8th round. 12 teams. should i go for a starter next or position player or best player available. Roster Positions: C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, OF, OF, OF, Util, SP, SP, RP, RP, P, P, P, BN, BN, BN, BN, BN, DL. may be able to trade manny for b.j. upton.

it's the first year of a keeper league, can keep 2 batters, 2 pitchers. Stat Categories: R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, W, SV, K, ERA, WHIP

money league. *transaction 1 - 30: free
*transaction 31 - 50: $2/each
*transaction 50 - up: $5/each
*transactions usually constitute as a Player Add. Don't quote me on this because Yahoo! is counting the transactions, but I never really saw them count Player Drops or Trades as a transaction.

how should i draft the rest of the rounds also? in terms of what position to take in each? 21 rounds. i was thinking of getting a SP next since i didn't know santana was hurt, but not sure.
