1st year dynasty Dollar values

Hey all,

A friend of mine is starting a dynasty league this year. I think most of us in the league have never done one, so we have alot of decisions to make. One thing he decided is that the draft will be a snake draft, with preset salary values for players, but we are having a hardtime figuring out how to calculate the salaries, ideally we would like a system we can use each year that is based on last 3 Years stats.

The categories are OBP, SLG, R, RBI, SB and W, SV, K, ERA, WHIP. I thought maybe we could just pick some site/magazine with values but with non-standard categories I dont know if thats a good idea, but maybe it doesnt matter?

We will have a salary cap, 22 man roster with 5 minor leaguers. Can sign players to 1-3 yr contracts after draft.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions for coming up with dollar values please help!
