Keeper Help Quick

Shallow 10 team Mixed league roto 5x5. We keep 3, then lose 1 via expansion draft, then protect 1 more.

Keeping David Wright, Matt Holiday for sure.

Undecided between BJ Upton and Russell Martin for my 3rd keeper? Keep in mind the league is shallow and positional scarcity for Martin? (Others that I considered and may protect after I lose my player in expansion were Youkilis & Granderson)

Any thoughts?

Can you tell me why? VORP for example has Martin at 39 at and BJ at 26.6 - Considering that my league is shallow, say only 36 - 48 outfielders are active, and 12 catchers are, I don't think it's that cut & dry.

I love BJ and I think his upside is huge, but Martin is clearly the 2nd best catcher in a weak position!

Martin is great, but there are plenty of decent options at C in a 12 team 1 catcher league. For keepers you want to keep them based on value/ADP because you can will have a good chance to redraft guys you like and didnt keep like Martin anyway, whereas Upton would be harder to get in the draft.
