I personally wouldn't give up a stud hitter (top 15 overall pick) for CC a top 30 overall pitcher. Pitchers are more risky. Although worth would be a nice addition. Lilly doesn't do too much for me. Couldn't see your team in the sig but I always like the hitters most....please reply to this thread viewtopic.php?t=372223

I would do it. Then try and move Scherzer(little overhyped I think) for a 3rd closer and look to add another bat along with the closer. So Scherzer/Damon for maybe Travis Snider/decent closer(BJRyan/Lidstrom) along those lines.

I would do it. Having both CC and Peavy on a weekly basis will significantly help you in a H2H league, i.e. you'll probably beat your opponent in the pitching categories 7/10 times.

Although I personally think Soriano is a more valuable player then CC, the way you're league is set up, I think this trade will benefit you.
