Yeah, but I thought for a long while about this... Like what I mentioned in my last post here, I want managers to draft responsibly. We know fantasy, molded after real baseball, is won by talents. A good eye for talents is the first step to good management.
4 moves per week out of a 17-man roster is 24% of a roster's talent pool. It will be a significant change, and then undervalue the importance of a draft.
Accompanied by the league's 36 moves per season, 4/wk add up to 9 weeks out of 22 ("regular season", not counting playoff).
In another word, 41% of the season roster can be altered by almost 1/4 every week.
Overmaneuver for the lucky pile of stat categories (even in H2H), or too many moves allowed, I believe, will ridicule good managers who showed up at the live draft and spent time on it.
I hope the current league design is already balanced, with all good will...
