I like Baker and Slowey(his walks are low)
Bedard has the best stuff but injury prone
Marmol and Ryan will both be solid
I think it is to early but I like Milledge this year. Plus you have 3 stud OFs

With the fact you only have one SP 140 picks into the draft you obviously need to select at least two here, which is too bad since Ibanez is good value at this point. I also believe you do not have an option of selecting a relatively unproven or risky player (Cueto, Bedard). You need to select pitcers who have a proven track record at this point due to your lack of depth.
Baker
Ryan/Marmol
Ibanez/Milledge
Lilly
Harang--Even though it only Spring Training he is pitching very well.
Weaver/Slowey
Kelly Johnson

You need a couple of arms but it might be too tempting not to pick Ibanez or Milledge here since I think both are in for pretty big seasons. SO, I would probably pick two of Baker, Bedard, Slowey and either Ibanez or Milledge. The rest of the starters should be around for you with your next pick.

I like both Baker and Slowey. I would target both of them.
I would also look at Marmol, Ryan and Capps.
