I would pass. In a 12 team league, with Halladay, Billingsley, Webb and AJ you probably have one of the best if not the best pitching staffs.

I would see no need to be giving up offense to add to your strength.

I pass and look to add offense rather than another starting pitcher.

As tempting as it is to get Lincecum, I would also pass on this. You don't really need much of an upgrade at SP and it would really hurt your OF.
