Rios, Vlad, Abreu

14 team, 5x5 roto, 5 keepers (Howard/BJ/C Lee/Granderson/Oswalt). C/1B/2B/3B/SS/OF/OF/OF/U/SP/SP/RP/RP/P/P/P/5 BN...I pick 3rd each round

I don't like filling in my UTIL spot so early, but I want to take best player available and I feel that Rios/Vlad/Abreu are among the best available...thoughts?

Youk, Papelbon, Nathan, and Hart are also available, but I don't like taking closers early (although this is pick 73), I don't trust Youk (although he would fit my team better), and I have Hart a step below Rios/Vlad/Abreu.

Thoughts?

I agree-no closers that early. I like OF's as UTIL, and I would go with Vlad. The others have more speed, but Vlad still has enough in the other areas to make him valuable.

"These go to 11".

I like Vlad the best. You seem fine on SB so Rios and Abreu don't interest me as much as Vlad.

Vlad, keep the biggest name then trade him.

I agree that Vlad has the most value, but I like Hart best as a player this year. He's a clear 5 category talent.

I'm surprised at the Vlad love. His age scares me (as does Abreu's), but Rios could be just Victorino with a few less SB but more RBI...hmmm...anyone else?

I'll throw Hart in the conversation to just for S & Gs, but so far it sounds like Vlad is the consensus.

If you want the best player, pick Hart.

Certainly Hart is the best outfielder but Vlad should have the most value.
