I have Ortiz playing Utility so Thome is on my bench (good planning, i know). I'd like to get fair value for him in a keeper league. He did hit 35 homers and a very respectable 90 runs and 90 Rbi's. Someone in my league said he needs hitting very badly, and Thome would be one of his better hitters. Tell me who you think I should target, because I really have no idea what his value is in my league. No one will take him!
H2H keeper league, 6X6 categories with OBP and Slugg. 14 teams, keep 10 at the end of the season.

i think u could get Jeter since he already has M young right there to drop into SS. Or if you like Young better, go for him. they will both be upgrades over cabrera at SS. I think with the Extra hitting cats and the consistency and the loaded yankees lineup i would go with Jeter over young but its up to you.

Thome by himself could get it done if he is really in that desperate need of power, but if not i would still try to package thome and cabrera or someone else to get that upgrade at SS

I agree both Jeter and Young are better than Cabrera, but remember Young will be a 3b very quickly. I would target Young.

"Why don't you just make 10 louder and make 10 be the top number, and make that a little louder"
"These go to 11".

I think Jeter or Young for Thome wouldn't work. I would try for Torii Hunter. Maybe you could throw in Winn or Lewis and get Weeks or Matsui back in return to back up the 2nd and IF spots

Try Jeter first, then Weeks.
