I'm not sure what to make of your league pitching cats. SHO and CG are kind of arbitrary and rare stats in my opinion. Unless you land Sabathia or Halliday I would say punt those two cats and focus on the remaining 7 cats.
I might try to trade Weiters to upgrade SS or OF.

yeah CG and SHO are a nuisance. They were voted on last year to be removed but it didn't pass, I kind of wish they weren't there now. For sake of conversation and because I'm still learning, what's wrong with my OF? I was thinking my OF was pretty solid.

and your OF is pretty solid for speed, not much power tho. should be fine with utley kind of cancelling that out.
