I'm really adverse to taking both Oswalt and Lackey this year, I don't think there's anyway they'd make it on any of my rosters.

Oswalt - elite
Lackey - slight nod over beckett
Beckett - injury risk is only reason i put him 3 on this list
Lee - next three are fairly equal
Felix
Kazmir
Billingsley - could be higher i just like the other guys more
Shields - pitched a lot of innings so I'm staying away this year
