Kevin Goldstein has them as 23 and 23a in the 100 prospects list for BP, and he reports that scouts are close down the middle on them.
It's a pick 'em in other words.
Why not pair him with someone else in a 2 for one as fast as you can so that you can free up a spot for Anderson? If you move quickly enough, it's a free upgrade.
McLouth and Cahill for Kemp?

If I had to pick I would go with Cahill but as already mentioned it is very close.

I've been burned doing this before: either not picking a better one to give two for, not getting it done quickly enough to get the FA I'd wanted, or not properly identifying a FA better or equal to an owned guy of value (or the worst, having the other owner recognize that the FA is there and free).....
But last year in a keeper, I turned Adrian Beltre (at UTIL for me) and Baker into Dunn and Owings. I dropped Owings like he was hot and took Slowey. Beltre to Dunn for free in a league with OPS and Dunn qualifying at RF and for a team with little power. That other owner still finished first though
