16 team 300 dollar auction keeper league, add 5 dollars each year that a player is kept

I have a couple of question marks , looking for some advice.

Clayton Kershaw will be $8, how long would sign him for?
Jair Jurgens will be $9, would you even keep him?
Josh Johnson will be $6, how long would you sign him?

Keepers I already have are Cole Hamels for 11 and Brandon Morrow for 6

What about bats? I'm never too big on keeping alot of pitchers. How many positions do you need to fill. In an auction league that is important to know.

My bats are as follows

Alexei Ramirez 6, and then 11
Carlos Guillen 19 (a little high, last year on his deal)
Matt Kemp 11, then 16
Shane Victorino 16, then 21
Jeff Franceour 16 (again a little high, last year)

Cole Hamels for 11
Brandon Morrow 6
Chris Perez (reserve player) he will be 1

then Jurgens, Kershaw and Josh Johnson

I think Kershaw for 3, $8, then $13, than $18
Josh Johnson for 2, $6 then $11
Jair Jurgens for 1 year $9

Kershaw and Johnson, easily.

Not only are these the two best pitchers you have to choose from, you can keep them for 2 and 3 years respectively at reasonable prices and save yourself money in this year's auction to upgrade your offense. Stud 1b, 3b and OF you need to get these to compete. That pitching staff will be top 3 in the league, if your gambles in the auction work out, however.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!
