I prefer Lyon. Tigers didn't pay him $4M+ not to close and I think he's a lock for 30 SV. Corpas is also interesting but although his current performance doesn't back this up, have the hunch Street eventually claims it. Sherill is probably being drafted higher than both these guys but have zero faith in him.

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

Lyon will win ugly, but at least he is clear number 1 for the job. Pick him up.

I'd try to do a 2 for 1 trade and upgrade at 3b, then dump Encarnacion for a closer or grab one with the free spot. hermida is having a nice spring and is due to break out this year. Its put up or shut up time for him. I wouldn't outright Hermida just yet. Try to package Dunn and Roberts for a 3b upgrade....then with the free spot add Lyon.

Post ww 3b.
Post ww SP.
Post other teams rosters with more than one good 3b.
