Postby Crazed98 » Sat Mar 14, 2009 12:33 am

Just wondering who you guys think would be the best plug and play hitter for my team? I plan on dropping a pitcher for possibly one of these for guys. They are all FA except Molina.

B. Molina (SF -C)
J. Drew (Bos-RF
H. Matsui (NYY-DH,LF)
C. Davis (Tex-1B,3B)
D. Murphy (Tex-RF,LF,CF)

5x5 roto 12 teams

C J. Posada (NYY-C,DH)
1B J. Giambi (Oak-1B,DH)
2B R. Cano (NYY-2B)
3B D. Wright (NYM-3B)
SS J. Reyes (NYM-SS)
OF X. Nady (NYY-RF,LF)
OF H. Pence (Hou-RF)
OF J. Bay (Bos-LF)
U M. Aviles (KC -SS,2B)
BN J. Lopez (Sea-2B,1B)
BN H. Blalock (Tex-3B,1B)

Run don't walk to pick up Davis. Drew is also good when he is not on the DL.

Hmm really? I didn't know who he was just scanned through some of the stats. Guessing you think he's better than H. Blalock (Tex-3B,1B)?

Davis is not a plug and play guy. He's a young power hitting stud! I'd drop Giambi for him YESTERDAY.

Hahaha thanks for the help guys picked him up and dropped a pitcher. I read all the reviews about him and he seems awesome, will proably be my Utility guy.

Yea... This my first year and I'm playing Fox Sports but ther are some real amatuers/ :-B in my league. I somehow picked up Reyes with my 8th pick, someone picked up Jeter in the first round, Pence was FA after the draft was over for about 5 days until I picked him up, and someone dropped Rich Haren for some catcher. Would have gotten him too if it wasn't for a fox sports glitch.
