I did not expect the amount of discrepancy with the rankings. I was leaning towards Garza or Johnson. Anyone else want to take a shot?

YOu've picked 5 SP that are very closely ranked based on ADP, so not surprised by the variety of answers.

So, these are all guys you're probably looking at for 3-4 SP on your fantasy team. So, I'll tell you my bias in ranking these SP. I look for solid performers, with some upside, but not wiliing to take big risk yet. I want to be able to start my 3-4 SP almost every time without worry. Based on that, I would rank them

1. Baker - I like him just a tad more than Garza, but either guy is solid.
2, Garza.
3. Harang - 2nd most upside. If you take out a 10 game stretch in the midde of the year which occured after Dusty Baker used him in a 4 inning relief appearance, Harang's ERA was close to 3.00. Makes you wonder if he just had arm fatigue and recovered.
4. Scherzer - Most upside but unproven.
5. Johnson - Lot of hype but the injuries are a concern.

5 Matt Garza
1 Josh Johnson
2 Scott Baker
4 Max Scherzer
3 Aaron Harang

With Max you have to worry about full season production. His arm will be tired at season's end assuming he has no more injury problems, but his upside is highest if this is a keeper.

A safe option would be Johnson, Baker and Harang. Garza is also risk/reward.
I like any of these top 3 I just mentioned.
