discounting the time ARod is out, he will be better...i think the league catches up to Longoria a bit this season (im thinking something like .270, 35, 112, 3...not bad numbers at all, but Arod will do that and more)
next 3 years, i still think ARod has the edge, though it will be incredibly close between the two of them, the only real advantage going to ARod in SB

i hate to say it but i have to take Arod in both areas also...

Longoria in 5 for sure, but Arod aside from the injury (comparing just the time both are playing) will top Longoria this year, and is still young enough and still has enough to top him for the next 3-4 years, i say 5 year mark and there after its all Longoria tho...
