I get BJ Upton, Raul Ibanez and Jonathan Papelbon (i would also drop Capps for Scott Baker when trade is completed)

No. You got 2 of the top 3 SP in fantasy baseball, DOC being #1. You can get more for him than just Papelbon. Upton and Davis are similar, both developing power guys (upton edge in speed) and Kendrick should be better than Ibanez. If you should be getting more in this deal IMO

I don't take it.

Doc gives you the very close to the same ratios as Paps. More K's too, obviously. You're OK enough on saves so that you don't need to overpay for them. And I think Davis>Upton for both short term and long term power and RBI's, while Upton>Davis for speed and runs.

I disagree that Kendrick>Ibanez this year. But long term, this is the last contract for Ibanez. Kendrick will be around for the next decade.
