Its a head to head league. Any feedback would be great

I wouldn't do it. You have 3 real nice of's now, BJ may not be an upgrade. Halladay is Halladay and at this point is much better that baker. However, If it is keeper do the trade.

Do it. Upton can be plugged into the UTIL spot vacated by Thome and you can afford to lose Halladay because of Liriano and Johan. Baker is a downgrade from Halladay but between him and Greinke that is a very solid rotation
