It's a decent concept but what would be so different about the bar? During football season, I see guys with laptops at the local sports bars.
Offering high speed Wifi is pretty pointless since a lot of people have access with their cell phones.
Restaurants are a fickle business and even if you have an awesome concept, you have no idea how well something like this will do until it starts to operate.
