Solid team all around, I would look at upgrading your 2b,ss, 3b options, Jeter is getting up in years and doesnt provide much except solid BA and name reconigtion, Cantu is very unstable he can go .260 15-20hrs or .195 2 hrs, and Lopez will give you .270 10-15 hrs but nothing more. Even if you upgrade one ( I say Cantu) you should be solid, you RP's are good and starters are awesome

I would have to say you desperately need an upgrade at C and 3B. Players I would target at C are Mike Napoli, Kelly Shoppach, and Posada...all these players may be on your waiver wire. At 3B, Alex Gordon, Encarnacion, Reynolds, Chone Figgins for at least 30 SB. My choices are Posada b/c he would add power and run production and Encarnacion for the same reasons. I think Cantu's numbers will drop from last year based on the added pitching in that division an his overall ability. Encarnacion is in his prime and in a prime hitters park. 2nd choice would be Gordon or Reynolds...same power, less average but more SB's. Your starters are solid but as for relief...Gonzalez may lose his job, Devine has arm troubles, and Street is shaky. Trade Shields for a top tier closer such as Nathan...he would solidify your entire staff. A cheaper option is Lindstrom from the Marlins. Drop Devine b/c he may not start the season and you can pick him back up when he starts mowing hitters down. Hope this helps! Please check out my post....
