Keeper League with farm system needs 1 replacement

I have a team with a manager that has unexpectedly just dropped out and thus I am looking for someone to replace him. This league is casual / fun yet the competition is good. It is a free 10 team H2H Yahoo league. We also have a farm system where several contracts can be given to your rookies. Each manager can keep "up to" 5 players (not including your prospects & contracted players). You can choose which players from the team you want to keep, the rest get dumped back into free agency and a redraft from that point takes place. I have also listed your draft position for the 2009 season (based on last year's regular season standings). I can send you a copy of our rules if you so desire.

Keep in mind. You don't have to keep any of these players if you so choose. You can keep between 0-5. The way our draft will proceed if you (say for example) only decide to keep 2, you will have the opportunity to draft prior to any managers that kept more than you (from all of the available players) until you've reached 5. Then from there our draft will continue as usual. That way, if there are only a couple of players you like from this team, you can keep those and still rebuild into a very strong team via the draft!
