Hamels is a solid stud SP, however Bills is no slouch and Liriano has as much potential as Hamels if not more. I'd just keep what I had. With this deal it won't effect your depth that you have. I always like the quality over quantity but there just isn't a huge disparity here. Hang onto what you got man. I'm high on both of those SP this year.
The best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be!

i prefer your side, since i see capps and wood as being fairly equal, and dont see hamels being all that much better than the combo of bills and liriano

Don't do it!!! Liriano and Bills each could match or out perform Hamels. Same deal with Capps and Woods.

I would never take this trade. I can honestly see Billingsley putting up similar numbers to Hamels. There is another post on this forum which broke down Billinglsey and Hamels and outside of Whip they were equal if not the slight edge to Billingsley.
Liriano is to huge of a throw in to make this deal.
Capps and Wood are a wash in my eyes.

I agree when looking at Billingsley and Hamels side by side really the only difference is the Whip. Alone they would be an equivlent trade I think other than their "rankings". I am worried about Liriano and his injury that kept him out a lot of last year? Would any of you think of doing a counter offer or keep my team as is???
~Thanks
