Changing from Redraft to Keeper league at last second WHIR

Commissioner noticed yahoo is now offering free keeper leagues so he decides to change from redraft to keeper league four days prior to draft.

He posts on league message board that it will now be a keeper league and if any one has any problems to email him. If he doesn't hear any complaints within two days, keeper league is on.

All he has said is that we will keep up to 8 players for a max of 3 year apiece. IS there anything else he should be telling us?

FYI, the group is a mixture of experienced and new players. Friends and Family.

Is this fair?

a little late notice to say the least. At least he posted this before the draft. If it is friends and family I would let it slide.
