Not sure if this belongs in this forum, but I figured since it's regarding players who never played in the MLB before....

I'm in a 5x5 dynasty league. We're drafting international players this week (ie players signed this year who were playing in another country)

So far Michel Inoa has been drafted. I have the 3rd pick. So far on my list I have

Dayan Viciedo
Junichi Tazawa
Kenshin Kawakami
Koji Uehara

in that order. Am I wrong? Anyone I'm missing or should I have these guys ranked differently? Let me know your thoughts.

I don't know all of the intl signings from last year but Adys Portillo, Yorman Rodriguez and Rafael Rodriguez are 3 of the other top ones (and I'm probably missing several).

I would have a tough time deciding where to rank them after Viciedo. Part of it depends on what you are looking for. Kawakami will pitch in the majors this season and might be as good as Kuroda (somewhat valuable but never great). Tazawa is several years older than the 3 that I named and is only a couple years away from the majors. Uehara throws junk, I'm not sure how it compares to Kawakami (haven't seen him pitch yet) but I foresee tough times for Uehara in the AL East. And the 3 that I named are so far from the majors that they likely won't contribute for 5+ yrs.
