WHIR...Mainly NL bats in a mixed league. Is this a mistake?

Just done my draft, mixed league but as it turns out, the majority of my bats are from the NL? Is this a mistake? I've gone a little overboard on 3B and am actively trying to trade for another positional player or an arm.
