Ramirez hasn't hit 30 HRs either of the last 2 years and his power is trending down while his health and batting eye trend up would be the first reason. Ramirez is unlikely to hit 30 HR. He's also never had 100 Rs and only broke 85 three times and never two years in a row, so I don't find that to be a lock either. He's only hit .300 or more 4 times and one of those was .300 on the dot and one was .302.
Ramirez is more of a lock for 85, 25, 100, 0, .290.
I have them very close in my rankings so it is a good question. Youkilis is more of a 'sure thing' as long as you projecting him to lose 5-10 of those HRs.
