All you really need is one list to cross off the names as they go so you can easily see whos taken whos left and one list tracking everyone elses team (I say list but could be paper or spreadhseet)..your sheet to cross off names should be a deep list (make sure you can read small fonts) and indicate tiers and have eligibilty correct for your league (like sandoval is eligible at catcher in some but most not)

Wouldnt bother with an injury report per se... just before your draft make sure you know in your mind the important injuries

I bring the laptop only if I am commissioner of a league and we have a live draft only to check on rules and things like that..other ones its not totally necessary except if its an auction where I ahve a program set up to quick track everyones budget/max bids etc
