Postby rupertoooo » Wed Mar 11, 2009 9:03 pm

12 team H2H 12 keeper league. This year we are going to a dynasty format, all players will be kept next year for a total of 21 plus 12 minors. We use LF, CF, RF positioning.

In this league, Berkman and Cabrera only have 1B eligibility.

C---McCann
1B--Cabrera
2B--Kelly Johnson
SS--Jeter
3B--Aramis Ramirez
LF--Braun
CF--BJ Upton
RF--Alex Rios
U---Berkman

SP--Hamels
SP--Haren
SP--Felix Hernandez
SP--Lincecum
SP Baker
SP Slowey

RP--
RP--

Reserves: Victorino, Fielder

Minors: Jay Bruce, Matt Wieters, Gordon Beckham, Tim Beckham, Brett Wallace, Trevor Cahill, Neftali Feliz, Tommy Hanson, Brian Matusz, Chris Tillman

I have been offered this deal. Its alot to give up but am I crazy for thinking about this.

I give: BJ Upton/Aramis Ramirez/Kelly Johnson and either Fielder or Bruce
I get: David Wright/Brian Roberts and Matt Capps

You're probably offering too much if you toss in Bruce or Fielder on the side. I'd probably try Kelly Johnson and one of your top prospects (say Hanson or Cahill) and see what happens. I think you'll be fine with KJ as your 2B.

what fielder is this exactly?

i say no... aram is as solid as they come, and he will be for at least 2-4 more years, and to drop off the value/age from upton to brob (yes i realize upton is OF and roberts is 2B), but you give up alot of young talent also, you have a TON of young talent, but i wouldn't do this deal unless he adds something else in... too much value given up and not enough in return...

help me out...

I honestly think you're giving up way too much. Having too add either Prince or Bruce I think determiens that on top of giving up Upton and ARam.
Thanks to soty for this sig
