Your order is correct: Rollins, Kinsler, Holliday, Soriano, Beltran (unless OF is separated by position, and Beltran moves up to a pick 'em with Holliday).
Don't get too fancy with your logic: take the best players available when they are. I would take Kinsler first, knowing that I have four great OF choices (even if he changes his mind, that just means Quentin's there, too). If Rollins goes, your M-INF could get scary in a hurry if you miss Kinsler. And that owner might assume Kinsler won't slide to him.
