Who should I pick next?(WHIR)

My pick is up (38th overall) and am not sure who I should pick as there is good talent left. I also have the the 43rd pick coming back around so please rank the following players in the order you think I should draft them

i would go for phillips and kemp coming around. Those 2 are gonna be solid.

I'd go with Brandon Phillips now and then target Matt Kemp at #43. If Kemp is gone for the following pick, take Rios. (That's why I'd grab Phillips first, you're still likely to find comperable outfielders with the following pick. If both Kemp & Rios are gone, grab Adrian Gonzalez.)

You have good speed w/ Beltran and Hanley.

I'd avoid the Roberts/Ictchyballs type and go for average + pop.

So, I picked Phillips and then Roberts and AGon went after me. I have one more pick until mine so should I go with Rios, Kemp,Vlad, Ichiro, Granderson, or Ortiz?
