I don't see any reserve OFs. If you could pick somebody up of decent value, or have any on the bench, pull the trigger. I don't like Damon this year, and Uggla is a significant upgrade over Kendrick in terms of power. I like Parra this year too.

If you can add a worthwhile OF to replace Damon, I'd do it.

from a value standpoint, i like this deal for you, as uggla is better than damon, and i dont trust dempster to repeat his numbers from last season..also, parra is one of the guys im targeting as a bit of a sleeper this season, as i think he could be a top-30 pitcher this season

with all that said, looking at your team, i dont know how much you need it...kendrick isnt terrible to have as a 2B...the only benefit i can really see, is it moves ethier into your OF, and then allows you to play howie/vmart in your UTIL slot

i probably do the deal, but that might be because of my man crush on parra

I could put Andre Ethier in the OF for Damon and then put Vmart/Glaus/Blalock in my utility spot.
