Need Help with drafting pitcher asap

I have James Shields already and I need to draft my number two starter with my next pick. The league format is hth 14 team 5x5 cats. My best options now are Javy Vasquez, Matt Cain, Chris Young, or Josh Johnson, who should I take? I'm really struggling with this....

Stay away from Vazquez unless you absolutely need Ks. I'd go with Cain. He's the most solid in every category besides wins, and you can't chase wins in fantasy.

The only other one I'd consider is Johnson just because of his upside. But Cain is the best pick here.
