Since I am a more offense-minded person, I would keep Lincecum but let Hamels go so you can use three spots on bats. Injury risk always seems greater for those top-flight pitchers anyway, and Hamels is no stranger to that.
You are in a tricky situation with Arod there. I might be tempted to let him go and take Fielder, Kemp and Phillips instead.
