How do you make your ESPN League Public

I set up an ESPN Auction League and have not been able to find enough owners. I'd like to make the league public to get enough people.

I know Yahoo allows this, but this is the first time I have set up a league at ESPN. Is it possible for me to make the league public even though it is a custom league?
