I'm thinking I want to get Devine, but I'm not sure who I should drop. Zumaya? Should i use my waiver pick on him?

i use the waiver for it, because devine is good enough to warrant it, and i dont think anyone with a better waiver uses theres, but someone behind you will
and yes, get rid of zumaya
