12 team H2H 12 keeper league. This year we are going to a dynasty format, all players will be kept next year for a total of 21 plus 12 minors. We use LF, CF, RF positioning.
In this league, Berkman and Cabrera only have 1B eligibility.
Minors: Jay Bruce, Matt Wieters, Gordon Beckham, Tim Beckham, Brett Wallace, Trevor Cahill, Neftali Feliz, Tommy Hanson, Brian Matusz, Chris Tillman
Best available: 1B Carlos Guillen,-----2B Kelly Johnson, Rickie Weeks, Orlando Hudson, Howie Kendrick------3B Figgins, Carlos Guillen, Beltre--------SS Theriot, Cabrera----LF Jason Werth, Milton Bradley, Nady-----CF Jason Werth-------RF Dukes-----SP Baker, Slowey, Randy Johnson, Phil Hughes----RP BJ Ryan, Matt Capps plus everyone else after them.
I have two picks in a row and with SP being a premium in H2H I will probably have to select one of the above. Again I have two selections here, what would you do with these selections
You've got a solid looking team in the making here.
If you're set on SP, you may need to go SP/RP here. If so, I say Baker / Ryan.
I'd like to see Beltre get added, but with the Cabrera/Berkman/A-Ram/Fielder quattro, you really have no room for him.
If you are shying away from closers for now, flip a coin between Kendrick and Dukes (one fills a definite need, one has a ton of potential but no roster room)

I understand that SP is a premium in H2H leagues. And you can afford to wait on 2nd base, since their are still a couple there that are all comparable. I would probably go with Baker, then either Ryan/Capps
Baker for the reasons everyone else has said...SP important, etc.
I think you have to like Werth here because of his CF eligibility. There are only so many decent CFs to go around, and Werth is a solid one. I think you can wait on both 2b and RP given what players are available.
On a side note....how did you convince your league to go dynasty? You have way too many stud prospects (to go with your stud roster).
