I think so. But I can see why you could do it. Manny's power would really help your team. Would they take someone other than Liriano?

I think you should pull the trigger. Upton was not good last year during the 145 games he played in the regular season. You could replace his stats from last year with someone in the 12th round. In 369 games he has 38 home runs and 171 RBIs. Similarly, Liriano had a good run at the end of last year, but its unclear whether he's already back. He also plays for the Twins, which won't help his win total. Their draft positions (~40 and ~70) respectively are based more on potential than actual production. With the exception of his 2007 dip, Manny Ramirez (ADP - 18) has been the model of offensive consistency. I would like it better if you could get a high risk/high reward pitcher in addition to Manny, but I think that's a pretty good deal for you.

I am not a fan of Manny, but I see you could use his power, like the previous said try getting another pitcher as well like Chris Volstad, Gavin Floyd or maybe even Justin Verlander

please help with mine?

I would not do the deal as it stands, but try seeing if u can get a decent pitcher in addition and then I would pull the trigger.

Check mine out?

Here are his starting pitchers in reach:
Greinke
Bedard
Scherzer
Harang
He also has Oswalt Cliff Lee and Lincecum but those are out of the picture

Thanks for the help!

Scherzer is interesting since he cab throw strikes and could be a homeless man's Liriano (since Liriano is a poor man's Johan Santana) you should be okay in the k's department, Greinke is good but plays for KC, I would say Harang or Scherzer, you might have better luck pulling the deal with Scherzer though

You're not serious are you?

BJ earned $24 last year, with a bum shoulder zapping his power.

Why won't the Twins help his wins?

Twins were 4th in runs scored, got a great closer.
Baker was 14th in run support per 9.

Manny is not worth that much by any means.
