catcher in 5th round?

I am in a 12 team 5x5 roto league

i've noticed these catchers have been drafted pretty early

martin, j mauer, b mccann, or g soto

If i have a shot at one of those four do I go for it? if so what which one do it take? if not who should i look for in a later round?

I would wait, unless your league starts 2 catchers. there are some high upside guys available even at the end in Napoli, Hernandez, Shoppach that are going later but will get you comparable numbers. You might trade a bit of average but the power numbers and RBI's are there.

It's my preference to wait until late when drafting a catcher especially in a league that only starts 1. Some guys I like that are going later: Ramon Hernandez, Jorge Posada, Pierzynski, Snyder, Clement.
