you'll probably get better responses in the "analyze/rate my team" forum, but ill take a crack at it

speed is going to be your biggest issue, as you dont have anyone to really threaten 20+ SBs outside of maybe Aviles and OCab (who I dont think runs in OAK)...gomez will get a ton but i dont see him getting into your lineup enough to make that big of a difference
SP looks really solid esp if you get bounce back years from Zam and Verlander
RP could be a problem, but saves come into the league, or you just punt it completely

overall i think you have a solid team that should do really well in the long run

10 team league!? This roster looks more like a 12 team league especially if it's a keeper league. Tough break on A-Rod. The pitching isn't all that impressive. I have to think there are better OF options than Gomez, Cruz. Do you have any bench players? I'm not sure what you're asking.

My bench is Cruz,Gomez,Weeks and ARod is on IR
There is nothing impressive available on WW for OF (Spillbourg,Drew types only)

Thanks for the help on mine. I'd try to move a SP for some help in the outfield, and try to stay afloat until A-Rod is back...

Wasn't trying to be an a ss. Just telling you what I saw. Sorry if you didn't like what you heard. You asked to rank the team, so I was saying that this looked like it would fall in the bottom tier of a 12-team league if it stays as is, considering the waiver wires are as thin as you say they are in the OF. Sorry if I came off sounding like a jerk. I'd try and find some speed, take a risk on some hopeful breakouts until ARod's return.
