For a keeper league, I like Liriano, Bruce or Votto. Drew would be in the discussion too but I like the other 3 a bit more than him. Phillips would be in the mix too but I'm removing him since you have Utley.

You have 2 young OFers that will be keepers next year - so I'd probably pass on Bruce.

With any luck Youk will move to 3B next year and you'll have 1B as a vacancy... So to me, it comes down to Votto or Liriano.

I personally would take Liriano - he's looking great in ST (not that Votto isn't looking great in the WBC - he must have hit that ball 500 feet!). For me it's a coin flip between those two, but I go with Liriano because he's the only decent pitcher you listed, whereas you have Ortiz and Lee as other 1B options - chances are Lee will make it back to you with your next pick, and if Votto, Lee and Ortiz are available I have to assume there are other 1B available too.

Votto isn't going to last.

Phillips
McLouth
Bruce
Votto
Liriano
Ortiz

Phillips is the best on the board IMO. He's proven he can go 30/30 at a rather thin position. Sure you have Utley at 2b but assuming your league has an IF/MI or Util spot I would fill it with Phillips with no regrets.

liriano is going to have a great year. I think people are focusing mainly on injury than the monster he was pre-TJ surgury. So far hes looked great in spring training.

I would go witheither him or votto.

Or you could draft phillips and trade to someone who doesn't have a stud 2b. Lot of options

hope it helps
