I got a deal done. I'm moving Mariano Rivera for Scott Kazmir. Before trying to get Kazmir I tried for Lackey and Dan Haren, both were rejected. I'm happy with the move and think Kazmir will help my pitching in a very positive way.
I'm going to try to move another closer and get one more upper par starting pitcher.

There's no doubt that JJ has great stuff, and Tommy John surgery isn't quite the career killer it used to be, but it's enough for me to not want to make that deal. I think you did the right think in dealing Mo-Riv out of your four closers, but you took a big risk with Kazmir. There is lots of time before the season starts and a very long season as well. You jumped too soon, you could have got much more if you had waited for on of the other teams to lose a closer due to an injury or managerial decision.

So you think I should wait before dealing anymore closers?

Yes, personally I wouldn't trade any more closers. You'll find starters as FA's. You filling one hole by digging another. Just sit tight and pay attention to what's going on this spring. If you insist on dealing more closers anyway they will have more value when the season starts. Street is probably owned in every league, there's no way he gets the job. He's getting hammered. Corpas has been far better so far. I've actually been picking up Corpas in leagues where I don't need him just so I can deal him later.
