I have been offered this trade. I have Jenks and have been offered Josh Johnson for him.
My league is a 10 man 5x5 roto league.
Below are my other pitchers so you can see if you think this will help or hurt my team.
AJ Burnett
Ryan Dempster
Jon Lester
Brad Lidge
Jonathan Papelbon
Mariano Rivera
Joakim Soria
Brandon Webb
Bobby Jenks
Joe Blanton
Aaron Cook
Jon Garland
Paul Maholm
* As you can see I have all the top closers because I missed some of my draft due to a time mix up.
Let me know what you think on this offer.

I wouldn't do that right away but I would try to trade Pap and at least 1 other of Mariano, Lidge, Soria.

In a 10 team league, replace Blanton, Cook, Garland.
Thank you for the input. +rep. A few more opinions would be appreciated and I will help in return if needed.

I would ask for a better pitcher than Josh Johnson in return for Jenks. You have an abundance of closers. See if you can trade one of your better closers for a #2 type starter. In my opinion, Johnson is no better than a #4 starter.

Would Soria for a John Lackey make sense?

If you could do that, it would be a great trade for you.

The guy who I offered Soria for Lackey is considering it. I'm trying to find another starter to trade for a like Felix Hernandez. Would Papelbon for Hernandez benefit me?
Thanks for the help so far. Hopefully I can get some of these closers off my hands while getting something equal in return.

I would try to move Rivera instead of Papelbon. Mariano's decline may begin in 2009. You should still be able to get a good starter for Rivera.
