Need more info. Is this a keeper? In any case, I'd rather have Price even if he's likely on a pitch limit, but I like his upside and I don't see Harang's 2008 being smoke and mirrors either.

If the rest of your staff is pretty bad, I would lean towards yes. If this is a keeper league, then probably not.
90% of my posts are from complaining about my team :)

it would be helpful to see your staff, but i am leaning toward no, just because harang looked done last year, and i dont think he's looked all that good in the spring (i could be wrong there, i havent been following Reds camp, just going by the lines i have seen) and beuhrle has mentioned that he doesnt want to pitch that much longer (which pushes this to a definite no if its a keeper)

look at it this way...price plays for the best team of the 3, and will probably get more W and K than either...CG none of them are really going to throw outside of maybe Beuhrle, and SH are a crapshoot anyway...i stick with what you have

No matter what your status of your team pitching wise, it would take a lot for me to trade Price for a decently below average starter in Harang and a waste of time in Beuhrle. I'll pass.

thanks guys

I was just looking at Harang's 06' and 07' and that's why I considered it.

Only can keep one player so I could keep Price even if I trade him.

Just sucks when I have a Idle player on my team for who knows how long if they send Price down--can't DL him would just have to release him...to be snapped up real quick by someone else!!

guess I will keep him!!

Yes. With those categories, both Harang and Buehrle should out perform Price.
